roasted jalapeños

chopped chiles chiles halves in bowl
grilled chiles chiles in baggies
Most of my jalapeño harvest is now chopped, grilled and frozen.

Skippy..great idea! I never thought of roasting these small peppers! After roasting do you remove seeds etc. before bagging?
